How does a Bolt driver job work in Poland?
In Poland, ride-hailing drivers work through a licensed fleet partner. You accept trips in the Bolt app (and Uber and FreeNow), drive passengers around the city and get paid weekly. AG Partner is a local fleet partner in Gorzów Wielkopolski, a city in western Poland about 1.5 hours from Berlin and Szczecin.
Requirements for foreigners
You need the right to work in Poland, a valid category B driving licence, a Polish criminal record certificate (KRK), a medical and a psychological certificate, and a smartphone. Rules for non-EU driving licences depend on your status – call us and we will check your case before you start.
How much can you earn?
As an estimate, 40 hours a week with a fleet car pays about 900 PLN per week; full-time drivers usually take home 800–2,500 PLN per week. Tips are 100% yours. If you have no car, you can drive a Toyota Corolla hybrid or an LPG car from our fleet.
